A “Full 60 min class” starts with breathing tecnique and Sunsalutions and end with relaxation and medition. Inbetween we challenge ourselfs with tabataintervalls focusing on:

  • “Upperbody/Core”

  • “Standingstrong/Legs”

  • “Hips, butt & Behind”

  • “Back & Bends”

  • “Abs & Waist”

The structure of the TABATAYOGA exercise is: Work out hard for 20 seconds - Rest for 10 seconds - Complete 8 rounds!

    The “Ready-to-go”-Setup videos offer you a selected amount of exercises with a specific focus. I’m aiming to give a vareity of options to make the practice imteresting, enjoyable and fun. All exercises are preformed to carefully selected music.

    Here you will find the created playlist for the mounth for a welllrounded practice. Within the program we will practice pranayama, yogaflow, balance and guided stretch/medition. The tabataintervalls will target strength and mobility for upperbody, legs, butt, hips, abs and back.

    This is a fullbody program inspired by Asthanga, Bikram and Rocketyoga.

INFRAREDYOGA

The INFRAREDYOGA-videos are in collaboration with the SPA-company Sparadiset. To softly stretch, relax and meditate in an infrared sauna feels amazing both during the session and after. The supposed benefits of using an infrared sauna:

  • Better sleep

  • relaxation

  • detoxification

  • relief from sore muscles

  • relief from joint pain

  • improved circulation.
